The task
Documents moved between researchers, supervisors and the research office on paper and in messengers. Status, deadlines and reports were tracked by hand.
The solution
One role-based system: a 9-stage defence workflow, monitoring, publication approval and an electronic research portfolio. Every action is audited and files are stored securely.
